We are proud to offer for rent our Carolina Cottage in Aiken, South Carolina; the south's finest equine sports center. Relax in your 1,250 sq.ft home adjacent to both the Historic and Horse District and walking distance to boarding stables, veterinary clinics, and downtown shopping.

The cottage has a large, well fenced backyard for your pets and shady porch overlooking the famous parkway boulevards of Aiken. The hall office is equipped with computer, printer, high speed broadband internet access and also a wireless router for your laptop.

The living room has LCD flat screen TV with 70 cable channels and gas fireplace. It also has an oversize twin bed sofa. The dining room bar will be furnished with a welcoming set up for an evening cocktail and snack and the kitchen will be stocked for breakfast.

The Master bedroom is an open floor plan that includes Queen bed, shower, bathroom, walk in closet, and washer/dryer. The Guest room has two twin beds, closet and bathroom with soaking tub.

RENT is $850/wk, $175/day, monthly rent is negotiable depending on season.
